Standards of Care
The Harry Benjamin Standards of Care outline the steps to follow in order to undergo the most healthy and successful gender transition possible. Equipment
Chest Binding, does not have to be extremely painful. I use chest compression tanks from Underworks. They have a whole page dedicated to FtM binding, and although it can at first be difficult to breath deeply while wearing one, I have found their binders comfortable and effective.
Packing. I have only used one packer so I cannot personally review different types or styles. However I am quite satisfied with the one I have for right now. I use a four-inch sailor soft pack from GoodVibes, and they have many more varieties on their site. (I got the four-inch because all the reviews I read said that the five-inch gave the appearance of a massive erection and I don't want this to STARE EVERYONE IN THE FACE, you know??)
